It’s this time of the year again! And this year we have asked 3 of the best cheese retailers on the East Coast to provide us with their suggestions for the ultimate Christmas cheese platter. For 3 weeks between today and Christmas we’re revealing – one by one – their submissions. Starting this week with The Stinking Bishops’ Xmas cheese platter for team New South Wales.
Next week you’ll find the Sunshine state’s proposal from The Stores in Brisbane followed by Victoria’s submission from the Cheese Boys at Boccaccio Cellars in Balwyn/Melbourne.
